Description:ZD-GS1510 reinforced
non-asbestos joint sheet is made of non-asbestos gasket sheet reinforced
with tanged 0.2-0.25mm Carbon Steel or other metal foil. It
reinforced non-asbestos joint sheet is extensively applied in
manufacturing various motor gaskets. It reinforced non-asbestos
joint sheet is a new material that will substitute asbestos products.
The non-asbestos beared sheet can also be
rinforced with double-face foil.It
is made by materials of three cascades. An non asbestos beater sheet is
inserted into a convexo-plane metal frame. It is produced by specially
pressing and sticking process. This kind of sheet is be seized of the
characteristics such as good compressibility and resilience, small
stress relaxation, fine compensation function for unevenness of sealing
surfaces and long working life. Permanently elastic, even in hot-cold
cycles over the entire temperature range, noaging, no brittleness, no
hot or cold flow, long time uniform compressibility and resiliency
independent of temperature.
Application:
The product has excellent performance in dilatability, sealing equality
and long life etc., Mainly applied in automobile farming machine,
motorcycle and engineering,etc.It reinforced non-asbestos joint
sheet is also can be used in high strength gaskets and cylinder gaskets
etc.
Available with SS304. wire mesh insertion
Also available with anti-stick silicon resin
or graphite coated.
