Description:Reinforced
asbestos sheet is made of two layers asbestos fiber paper with
0.20-0.25mm tinplate tanged together or other metal foil.It is
extensively applied in manufacturing various gaskets of motor,water pump
and air condition.the product has excellent performance in
dilatability,sealing quality and long life etc.
The Component:It
is formed with materials of three cascades. At middle of the composite
plate is a stainless steel plate and on both out-sides non-asbestos
beater sheet. It is produced by specially pressing and sticking process.
Available with SS304. wire mesh insertion
Also available with anti-stick silicon resin
or graphite coated.

being squeezed out from and/ or sticking into flanges. This kind of
sheet is be seized of the characteristics such as good compressibility
and resilience, small stress relaxation, fine compensation function for
uneveness of sealing surfaces and long working life.Permanently elastic,
even in hot-cold cycles over the entire temperature range, noaging, no
brittleness, no hot or cold flow, long time uniform compressibility and
resiliency independent of temperature.
Application:It
is the best material of cylinder head gasket. It is used for machinery
of equipment such as automobile engine, motorcycle engine, diesel
internal combustion engine etc.Mainly used in automobile farming machinery,motocycle,engineering,water
pump and air condition etc,it is also can be used in high strength
gaskets and cylinder head gaskets etc.
Media: steam,
mineral oil, heat transfer oil, hydraulic oil, fuel, water, seawater,
freshwater.
